I have decided to start this page after seeing many incidents / accidents go unreported and instead get buried. That’s the culture among our climbing community, we are actually afraid to own up our mistake. The truth is no one is perfect and we all make mistakes all the time. More importantly is to be able to catch that mistake and fix it in time before it turn catastrophic.
In this page I will share with everyone the mistakes we have encountered, the mechanism of it and how to avoid it in future. Hopefully everyone learns from this sharing and is able to climb safer when you are tied into the rope the next time!
